High-Quality Quarter-Turn Actuators for Industrial Automation
END-Armaturen offers a comprehensive range of electric and pneumatic quarter-turn actuators. Automate your industrial valves with absolute process reliability. Our actuators form a highly functional unit with the valve. This design withstands the demanding conditions of harsh everyday industrial environments.

Find the Right Quarter-Turn Actuators and Accessories for Every System
Discover our solutions for seamless and trouble-free control technology. Our range of actuators extends from compact models to specialised assemblies. On request, we can supply the actuators fully assembled and adjusted onto one of our valves. This ensures a smooth commissioning process within your system.
Pre-Assembled Units and Bespoke Designs
We do not just supply tried-and-tested individual components. On request, we can supply fully assembled and parameterised units. These consist of a valve, a quarter-turn actuator and a suitable position indicator. Our in-house production facility in Bad Oeynhausen guarantees maximum flexibility. This enables us to produce even complex bespoke designs quickly and reliably. Do you need a bespoke solution for your plant?
Technical Specifications & Certifications for Your Plant Engineering Projects
When planning and designing complex industrial plants, hard facts and precise performance data are of crucial importance. END-Armaturen provides you with all relevant technical specifications in a transparent manner to ensure the safe and standards-compliant integration of the valves into your project. This includes detailed material specifications, exact overall lengths in accordance with current standards, and specific test certificates for highly regulated applications.

Critical applications require certified and reliable control technology. Our quarter-turn actuators meet strict industry standards, thereby ensuring maximum process reliability.
- The ED/EE pneumatic series is approved for use in potentially explosive atmospheres (ATEX approval).
- Plastic parts weighing over 20 grams are clearly marked in strict accordance with DIN EN ISO 14001.

Development and production are 100 per cent ‘Made in Germany’ in Bad Oeynhausen by END-Armaturen. The first choice when you require the highest level of operational reliability, first-class materials and an extremely long service life. Ideal for highly complex, continuous duty.

The Cost-Effective Alternative: OD/OE Series
High performance at an attractive price-performance ratio. With a torque of up to 4,128 Nm (at a control pressure of 6 bar), this series is the perfect solution for cost-sensitive projects where reliability remains a priority.
Electric Quarter-Turn Actuators – High-Performance Units and Compact Solutions from Watergates

The All-Rounder: NE05 Series
With a torque of 50 Nm, it is the ideal compact all-rounder for standard butterfly valves and ball valves in building services or in compact systems.

The Powerhouses: NE06 to NE250 Series
When raw power is required. With torques ranging from 60 Nm to an impressive 2,500 Nm, these actuators handle even the most demanding industrial positioning tasks with ease.
Technical Specifications & Design Features
Pressure is applied to the interior. This causes the built-in pistons to move apart with precision. Involute gearing transmits the force to a common pinion. This ensures a linear torque curve whilst maintaining the smallest possible external dimensions. The angle of rotation is adjustable by ±6 degrees as standard.
This single-acting version utilises robust, integrated spring assemblies. As the pistons extend, they mechanically compress these springs. If the control pressure drops, the pistons return immediately. This fail-safe function reliably protects your system in the event of a fault. The spring assemblies can be precisely adapted to your operating conditions.
A robust, waterproof aluminium housing protects the sensitive electronics. Thermal overload protection and an anti-condensation heater are built in. A self-locking worm gear reducer enables extremely precise position control. A visual position indicator, manual override and two limit switches complete the standard specification.
We supply pneumatic actuators directly from stock. Special surface finishes provide reliable protection against extreme environmental conditions.
