Control Valves from END-Armaturen – Your Control Centre for Precise Flow Dosing
Whether in the process industry, the food industry or paper manufacturing: precisely controlled media flows are essential. Control valves, also known as regulating valves or modulating valves, act as reliable conductors for your system. They continuously regulate the flow of steam, liquids and gases, compensate for pressure fluctuations and maintain constant temperatures and levels. Benefit from our in-house manufacturing, which combines the highest control precision with durable industrial-grade quality. Streamline your project planning. Discuss your specific process parameters directly with our specialist advisers.

Maximum Precision for Every Process System
Whether you require ultra-precise dosing via motorised control needle valves or robust applications with pressure-actuated control valves – we provide the perfect solution. Our high-precision control cones (valve plugs) guarantee guarantee optimum valve characteristics. With high stock availability for standard versions, we also ensure your schedules are met. Discover the ideal valve for your process system now.
2-Way or 3-Way: The Right Choice for Your Design
The function within your system is a key factor in determining the design. Here you will find the key parameters for a reliable design.

2-Way Control Valves
The industry standard for plant systems. 2-way control valves (globe valves) regulate and shut off the flow of media. The linear stroke of the control cone reliably alters the flow cross-section. This allows you to regulate liquid or gaseous media with pinpoint accuracy.

3-Way Control Valves
These models have three ports. They are ideal for use as mixing valves or distribution valves. They combine two fluids in a defined ratio. Alternatively, they divert the flow of media in a controlled manner to two separate pipework routes. This is done, for example, in heating and cooling systems.
Intelligent Control Loops and Robust Valve Characteristics
A control valve only realises its full potential when all components work together perfectly. The actuator and the correct cone profile are crucial to this. Benefit from our in-depth expertise. Together, we will develop the optimal valve solution for your system circuit.
Motorized Control Valves & Control Signals
Our electric linear actuators continuously analyse signals from your plant control system (e.g. 4–20 mA, 1–20 mA or 0.5–10 V) and compare the actual value with the setpoint. The system adjusts the stroke position with high precision, multiple times per minute.
Optimised Cone Profiles
The design of the throttling element is crucial. We supply valves with a precision-machined control cone (plug), which enables precise valve characteristics (e.g. linear or equal-percentage) to be achieved. This allows us to precisely implement the stroke-to-flow ratio required by your process.
Certified Measurements
We would be happy to test your motor control valve on our in-house test bench in accordance with the strict requirements of the DIN EN 60534-4 standard. You will then receive a detailed measurement and test report from us.
Technical Specifications & Design Features
We cater for every industrial requirement. Choose from our tried-and-tested standard range in brass or grey cast iron (GG-25). For corrosive media and the most demanding applications, we offer corrosion-resistant stainless steel or robust ductile cast iron (GGG-40.3).
We use high-performance seals tailored to your process medium. Choose from PTFE, EPDM or FKM. Metal-sealing systems are used for extreme temperatures. These designs also prove their worth under challenging wear conditions.
We manufacture nominal diameters ranging from 1/2″ to 3″ and DN15 to DN80. Pipe integration is achieved flexibly via internal threads, external threads (to DIN, ISO, NPT), weld-on ends (to DIN 3239 or DIN 11850-R2) or standardised flanges to EN or ANSI.
Our tried-and-tested standard ranges cover Kv values from 1 m³/h, 4 m³/h up to 7.5 m³/h – and can be extended as required through customised adjustments.
Find the right valve with confidence – The valve data questionnaire
Sizing a control valve requires in-depth technical expertise and depends on your specific system parameters. These include the viscosity of the fluid, the operating pressure and temperatures. Safeguard your design and system planning with professional support.
Download our structured valve data questionnaire. Enter your system parameters and contact our technical team for expert advice. Together, we will identify the exact valve required for your demanding project. This guarantees maximum process reliability.
