Bauform
3-teilige Körperkonstruktion (verschraubt), DVGW-bauteilgeprüft. Schallschutzgeprüft in den prüfpflichtigen Anschlußgrößen, Klasse 1 ohne Auflagen.
Mit Schmutzfänger im Regelteil, entlastetem Einsitzventil und austauschbarem Ventileinsatz.
Einstellung
Der Hinterdruck wird mittels Stellschraube an der Haube bei Nullverbrauch (alle Zapfstellen geschlossen) eingestellt.
Stellschraube in (+) Pfeilrichtung drehen ergibt einen höheren Hinterdruck, in (-) Pfeilrichtung drehen einen niedrigeren Hinterdruck. Bei Entnahme sinkt der Druck - bedingt durch Reibungsverluste - unter den eingestellten ruhenden Druck.
Nach DVGW darf beim max. Durchfluß der Druckverlust 1,3 bar nicht übersteigen.
Anschluss
Außengewinde G 1/2 bis G 2, mit Rohrverschraubungen.
Manometeranschluß G 1/4".
Einbaulage
Beliebig, vorzugsweise für waagerechten oder senkrechten Einbau. Durchflußrichtung beachten.
