The actuators NE can be used as an efficient 90 ° electric actuator for the actuation of butterfly valves and ball valves in OPEN-CLOSE operation. With the Failsafe function via SuperCap condenser, the actuator will move to OPEN- or CLOSE-position in case of power loss. In normal operation, the capacitors will be charged by the power supply of the actuator.

Note: The failsafe function is an emergency function. In normal operation the actuator must drive electrical.

All NE-actuators have a solid and waterproof body, thermical overload protection and a heating device preventing condensation to ensure high durability.

All standard NE-actuators are equipped with 2 additional limit switches, manual override and an optical position indicator that is illuminated in OPEN or CLOSE position by LEDs. The optical position indicator protected under a glass cap on top of the body.

The actuator NE are equipped with mounting pad according to DIN ISO 5211 for a safe and functional mounting to industrial valves. A generously dimensioned output shaft ensures a secure transmission of the rotation torque to the valve. Two internal threads for cable glands enable electrical connection with separate cables for power supply and control.
